Hall of Fame?

I have a question regarding hall of fame scores. Sometimes I will get a seemingly low score and wind up in my hall of fame for it. Other times, I will get a higher score but not end up there.

Can anyone tell me what the requirements are for getting into your hall of fame? Sometimes I've been playing scenarios, so perhaps if there are rules changes in that particular scenario then the score will not count for hall of fame purposes?

Games that are not standard "epic" games do not qualify for the HoF. IOW if you use a modded map, it will not be recorded.
