Has anyone else noticed with Judaism...

I was just looking over the orignal XML files for the religions. (I am going to start making my own religions for my mod) Judaism is the only religion that, when it is founded, doesn't get a free missionary. I wonder if they just forgot, or if they did it for a reason.

Judaism comes early enough that it doesn't really need a missionary at founding. The free missionaries that the later religions get is a kind of compensation for the early religions having so much more time to spread their influence.

I've noticed that whenever I play as Rome in a custom game/accelerated start, I almost always get Judaism as my free religion (All religions whose techs have already been discovered by everyone in the accelerated start are given away). Is there a way to change this?

I always get it when I play as Germany in a later era.. thought it was some kinda joke or something... Must be a bug that always gives Judaism to humans in custom game though.
