We should split the proceeds with our allies to the east, since they are funding our research.

How is it they don't have those already, though? I thought Kaz/Cav/MS had a tech alliance.

Depending on the amount we would get for selling the techs, I'd be tempted to get Saturn to research Drama or Compass, if that were feasible.

TBH I'm 100% certain Cav will turn us down, but I'm not sure about MS...

Kaz has them. the other teams don't.
