Have a name made up by you for your president, chief, King or Queen instead of the originals you could still have the original names but you could change them.

I think you can do that in the set-up screen by doble-clicking on the name under the leaderhead when you start a new game...

no, its single clicking, and if you mean what your advisors adress you as, that changes with your government type (i.e. in democracy they call you president, monarchy they call you king, etc,)

at least in PTW ithink you could change the name of the leader (I was not reffering to the title)

In Civ 2 you could change the titles, not just the leader's name. That was a neat feature, I'd like to see it return in Civ 4.
