Have Downloaded Codeblocks, now what?

Hello guys,
I tried following all the instructions for setting up the SDK, but once I got to the Codeblocks section, I started running into major problems.
In particular, I cannot determine which GameCoreDLL file I should open, as it doesn't appear with the extensions. Can someone tell me how I can get the files to display their extensions?

In CodeBlocks select Project->Import->MS Visual Studio Project

Then you open "CvGameCoreDLL.vcproj"
