Havent been able to play the game

Whenever i try and play the game, i get an error message saying that i need administrator rights and privilages to play....? My profile is the administrator account.

I tried to reinstall the game and was only able to unistall BTS. When i try and uninstall the regular regular version i get an error message again... The error code for when i try and uninstall is -5004 : 80041f42

How can i get rid of the error message to play? Or even reinstall the game

i think it is the first patch, i never went online with it. Just installed it and played..

windows vista home basic

dxdiag is a windows program that checks hardware drivers - it is installed on all windows computers.
You start it in vista by
clicking on the windows symbol
clicking on search
typing dxdiag
hitting enter

in the program that opens please click on save results.
Back here click on go advanced below the reply box, then on manage attachments and attach that file.

1) I would strongly suggest updating Vista to Service Pack 2 (this may or may not have anything to do with the game - but it is generally safer...
2) your graphics drivers are old - try newer ones, like these (they are for 32bit vista - if yours is 64 bit please say so I'll find a link to those): http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownlo...px?type=2.4.1&product=2.4.1.3.13&lang=English
3) I assume you did not install the game with admin rights (i.e. righ click on the setup.exe and click run as admin)? Try the following: right click on the shortcut you use to start the game then choose run as admin.
