Having problems with Info Addict

I get a message that says "no data yet."

Also in Custom Notifications, it doesn't come up at all when I click on it.

I'm in turn 280, and actually it hasn't worked since I started the game. My fault for not asking sooner.

Any ideas?

I'm using HITMII with only a few mods...civ willard (working fine), and I think the CCMAT thing. I usually use these and everything usually works fine together.

I moved the three DLC to the Not Activated folder per the install instructions, but don't think that would have an affect on this...maybe I'm wrong.
