Hegemony philip of macedon gold has been released last week.

You can now play as any of the 26 different factions and they also added diplomacy as well as enhanced tactics among other things.

and yeah i like it
im over 40hours into macedon campaign being father of Alex
giving him the base hegemony over Greece to let him depart on his own world conquest after my death

and Alexander shall appear ingame after accomplishing all shielded mainquests

shamelessly necroing/bumping, but i received the game from a friend some time ago, and while waiting for patch 10 of rome 2, i decided to fire it up.

Having a hard time how supply lines, replenishment and workers work;

If im having a good time, i might go for hegemony rome

For the moment im not having a good time. Yes i understand how supply lines and so work, but although i have enough money, none of my cities has enough recruits to get enoufh troos to stop the AI that comes from all directions. Attak a city in the south with 2-3 units, suddenly they come through your barely protected north....

I know Rome was a disaster, but there at least i could pretend there was some battle tactics involved instead of positioning units which are way too large to fit on the map.

If anyone can convince me to give it another go, ill gladly listen
