Hello,
Ive decided to try something that would be fun and challenging.
Ive decided to try and copy history.
Already i have made the germans versus England.
And now i am getting ready to make the war between England and France.
But the thing is, ive only know of these 2.
I need your help on giving me you help on giving me world events of which occured using the possible selecting civs.
So dont be shy, help out a noob.

Thanks to all who help me:goodjob:

Civ II had some interesting WW II scenarios. The one for Europe was limited by poor naval warfare (navies are worse in Civ III) and terrible AI's that never knew how to attack in large numbers. The Pacific scenario was flawed by the AI's inability to use aircraft off carriers.

I have no idea what you plan for Civ III as we can't make scenarios!!!

That Pacific scenario had a reasonably decent simulation of the Sino-Japanese War that started in the 1930's.

Japan took on Russia in 1904-1905.

Egypt battled the Hittites a lot but there are no Hittites, and no Carthaginians (or Parthians) for Rome. Persia (the Medes to be exact) could conquer Babylon. Greece could conquer Persia. Rome could conquer Cleopatra.

But without scenario building none of this seems to have much of a point as special units would be needed, such as Alexander's phalanx which was a very potent offensive force.

Scenario building. The lack of which is a major flaw in the game.
