Help! All new failed to init. python in my BTS

I don't know what happend. Suddenly BTS, while loading, gives the error "Failed to Initialize python" and crashes. I hadn't even tried the new patch yet, in fact i was going to try the in-game updater. I've tried uninstalling everything, erasing all the left-behinds, and re-installing. Vanilla seems to work (at least it loads). The only thing different on my PC is that I installed Total War: Medieval II Gold about a week ago (haven't civved since)

Make sure the disc isn't scratched.

Make sure you're running it with admin privileges

I've tried them all, video drivers, virus scans, restore, restart,etc. I did delete Warlords, before all this started, and i read somewhere where this was a problem, but i also tried the old fixes for that.
