That's what it tells me every time i try to install it on my machine. I have a laptop that runs windows 7 and uses a 2.1 gigahertz. Is there anyway around it so i can finally install Civ IV on my machine?

locate the installshield folder (in programs\common files\ and/or programs(x86)\common files\ most likely) and rename it or delete it then try again.
