Help! - Civ3 Error

Good afternoon people!
I have a problem here and I have not found a solution yet.
Well , I use civ3 , bought it on steam , but every time I try to load in a saved game , the game ends up giving error , and I do not know what to do.

The error is this : DataIO operation System Error : CTZN

Someone there can help me ?

*Any* saved game or just a particular one or few?

Try starting a new game, saving it and then loading it. Same problem?

Have you installed any mods, or are you trying to run a downloaded save file?
