(HELP) Custon Civ wont load

Created a custon civ on a computer that crashed, trying to remake but no matter what I do CIV wont show up in leader list. Below is file. Any help would be great

Enable logging (see the link in my sig) and fix the errors. Basically you have an incomplete civ as you have not fully renamed units/buildings/colours but have just dumped existing definitions into your new civ and the duplicate entries are causing the (first round of) errors.
