Help with putting a custom city state onto a custom map

Hey Everyone,

First time poster here, I hope I can find help as I couldn't find any solution elsewhere
Not even chatGPT could help.

I've created a custom city-state mod and I wanted to place said city-state on a custom map
However when trying to choose it from the list when adding players in advanced world builder I cannot find i on the list.

I've done the following:
-Editied modinfo file with enabling worldbuilder and save
-Editied mod info via modbuddy to update database and text
Frankly I have no idea what else I might do

I will be grateful for help!

So you are saying it’s not showing on the dropdown in the frontend database? I suspect it’s because you haven’t defined a city state on the frontend for it to see. The frontend is basically the bit before you load into the game proper.

Have you looked at how city states are defined in the frontend in mods or even simple dlc like the Babylon one, that adds a city state afaik

Hey Yes I cannot find it in the list when I load the map.
No I have not, I've followed the guide I found on the internet
I'll check it óut then thanks for advice!
