HELP - I Cant Play Civilization 5 with Expansions

hi

I need help i just installed Civ 5 with Gods and Kings and Brave New World
but dont launch after black screen, I just click launch exe and select direct x 9 and after failed launched direct x 10 11 wont work

OS - Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate
Processor - Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2200 @ 2.2 GHZ
RAM - 3 GB
Graphics - Intel(R) 82945G Express Chipset Family
Hard Disk - 160 GB 80 GB free

If that intel graphics is the only graphics in the computer, you will not be able to play the game. You will have to obtain and install any of the new current graphic cards. The card will depend on if it fits in the case and there is adequate power available. The recommended cards are found in the thread above on system requirements.

If there is another card then it is probably not configured correctly.

should I install other graphics driver software with hardware?
or only software graphics driver?

Graphics - Intel(R) 82945G Express Chipset Family

This graphics will not run the game. It is integrated on the motherboard. You have to add hardware to the computer. The new hardware will have it's own drivers that come with it.

If this is a laptop, then the laptop will not work for this game.

If it is a desktop, then you can add hardware.
