I don't understand I an only get the .nif file and the .dds file
Where is all the data, I to invent it

All of what data? There are various tutorials running around to implement these units. You'll have to refer to them for information about how to make them part of your mod.

It looks like a huge task, but once you get hte first one working, it not difficult.
