help needed with online...

hi i've been trying to get online play to work and found out that its my firewall well even when i disable it, it won't work so i have to open up a port for the game i got the number i just don't know how to open ports...i have Norton internet Security if that helps...i really want to be able to play online...thanks

Not sure about ports or anything, but try using Hamachi. (www.hamachi.cc). Works like a gem for me.
