Help Needed

If this is in the wrong discussion page then I am sorry, but I recently came back from a trip and my civilization VI game was incredibly laggy and slow, and it seems that changing all the settings on it provides no help. I've tried reinstalling the game to no avail, and I can't figure out the issue. It does this regardless of mods enabled or not so I'm at a lost as what to do.
Edit: My other games on my device seem to not have been affected and run as they should.
