Hi folks.
I have a HUGE audio file. Its an ebook. I would love to burn it into cd but it wont fiton 1 cd and my car cd player doesnt do mp3's Any way i can compress it enough to burn parts of it onto cd? anyone know of a program that will allow me to do that... an easy program?

Thanks

If you're going to use an audio-cd you're restricted to 80 or 76 minutes, no matter what the quality is. So you can either get an mp3 player (they are coming up cheaper every day) or you can use several audio CD's. If you have a CD writer chances are it came with a software that allows it to do audio CDs. If it didn't try Nero. To manipulate the audio file (chop it up, change bitrate and othes) a very easy program is "Gold Wave", you can get it through Google - first link on the list.

yeah ive tried that one and yes i do have a burner... but I cant figure out how to set it ( of it can) that every hour is marked so that I can rename them... kinda a pain, thanks
