Help with codecs

I got this song from here the one third from the bottom Emilie Autumn's "Across the Sky". The top has a link for a Windows codec here. It only works for 50 days or 30 uses or something. So on my computer it expired and I want to use it more. Can I do anything like reinstall it? I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but no luck. Any help? I like that video a lot. Thanks for any help!

I think this would require some registry edditing. I have never played with the registry so I coundn't tell you what you need to do.

I already downloaded it but it goes away after the amount I said. I can get it but not keep it afterwards.
