Help with crash "Loading Screen" appears

Happened twice today - once early game and once after about 200 turns. Host locks up and other players screens say "Loading." Is there any fix such as saving and having players rejoin? Really sucks.

I found that deleting "Chache" in game folder helps- but doesnt stop it. There is no real fix, but find few rare unicorns who dotn crash while hosting. Welcome to Civ.

Is this common to have crashes after 2 hours? Just hung and crashed game.
