You need to specify civilopedia entires for all your units in the editor.

So I need to specify my Kaiser something even if it's not a real description?

Make sure that all your units have entries in the Civilopedia Entry: field in the editor and matching ANIMNAME entries in pediaIcons.txt
The tutorial should answer any questions.
