Help with sound plz

I have a problem with the sound, it only works during the intro movie.
Tried to install and reinstall Imaadcp32.acm and msadcp32.acm several time but I still dont have any sound.

Do you have to have a special version of this files, or might there be another problem?

The game is the gold edition + add on package, and I´m playing on win xp home 32 bit system with a asus sonar dx sound device.

Would be really grateful for any help.

I know you've probably done this, but check the in-game options, it might be turned down. Other than that, I can't help you, sorry.
