I have tried searching other threads and the FAQ, and according to what I can fine (or can't find; i.e. no mention of) is that there isn' t a way to build wealth in FfH2.0.22h.

If I'm wrong, please enlighten me. If I'm right, please tell me what I should do when I have a city that has built all buildings and the game is requiring me to build something. It is frustrating that I don't have much income coming in playing as Kuriotates and I have to build another The Drown which will just cost me more upkeep.

Any helps for a FfH newbie?

Wealth requires mathematics, science writing and culture drama.

There is a way to build Nothing. Select something, then unselect it in the buildorder-list (by clicking it). Ta-da! You are constructing nothing!

and once you're done, it will be everything you always wanted it to be and more
waaay more baby

Another thing is that Drowns do not cost unkeep :) They are undead and run on water ;)

You've touched on a problem I often see in my games where I play at the slower speeds. It seems like techs can take an ungodly amount of time to discover. And, some techs don't really give you anything you can build anyway.

If you don't have the ability to 'build' Wealth, Culture or Research, you might have to build units, then delete them. Usually, I am able to keep building Disciples, Thanes, Zealots, etc. which I then use to give a small amount of culture to one of my cities - one that is close to expanding.

Thanks for the tip on really building nothing, though. I didn't know that.

Soldiers of Kilmorph aren't a bad choice either - they can speed production in those low-hammer cities, GP farms etc. or be saved for the next wonder project (although they'll cost upkeep while being saved). FWIW, I've never felt any need to build anything like that on Normal speed - Epic or Marathon might do it I guess. You could also build units to build temples with.

Are you sure undead doesn't cost upkeep, cause my Skeletons just went into a strike my last game for not getting paid...

Now that you mention it I can find it no were but I can swear it was somewhere in the wiki.

In my experience doing nothing is very difficult to be done.

I'm pretty sure that undead units do cost maintenance, plus they cause no garrison happiness. I'm disappointed with Soldier's of kilmorph (and more so with savants) because +10 productio (or research) isn't often enough to make much of a difference, especially in the late game. Is it possible to tie the amount to level/promotions/xp?

Soldiers of Kilmorph give 45 hammers (half their cost) on normal speed. I wouldn't want to see that increased much because the ratio of 2 hammers in for 1 hammer out seems about right to me.

because nothingcant be done because it cant be started because it is nothing so it cant even be thought of beng done because itt cant be done because it cant be started because it is nothing so it cant even be thought of being done...

Doing nothing is actually possible. I seem to be very good at it, especially when I've got a really long to-do-list filled with stuff like "tidy up the room", "clean the kitchen" and "prepare for the exam". And when the day is over, I'm done doing nothing and can go to sleep, knowing that few people are as proficient at doing nothing as I am.

well you are doing something. in fact, you are doing many things: you are blinking, beating your heart , breathing swallowing existing living digesting food thinking seeing feeling hearing smelling tasting... and while you go to sleep while doing nothing you are no longerr doing nothing
