I can play vanila BTS just fine. Also the mods that come with bts work fine as well.

I had ROM installed to the custom mods folder in my documents. Should it be in the other mods folder in C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods?

I dl'd the Mega version. I'm about to try the full version, I'll report back after I check it.

By the way Whats the difference between full and mega versions??

Mega contains 50+ new Civs, Leaders and Units too I think. To run it, some say, you need a real supercomputer because it pushes the Civ4 Engine to its limit.

What kind of map size did you try? What are your computer's specs? Graphics settings? Logs only show that you got Memory Allocation Fault (MAF) so reducing graphics settings, disabling sound and enabling No Building Graphics module might help.
