This is just a randomly generated map. It's Random seed is 6062277. Is there some rule against this?

How did you find out the seed?

Go to Generate Map. It'll show the seed.

I made the mistake of leaving the Elimination option on. If you want it off load the map in Civ 3 Conquests Editor and take Elimination option off.

I wonder why do you post a map with random seed and no change, and only a few editor changes. Just post a biq with no map and the rules changes in the mod forum.
