I'm not expert a-la Vuldacon, but I can tell you that it needs a little bit of work.

The Palettes for the Civilopedia Icons and the Wonder Splash are off; they don't contain the two magic colors (Magenta: ff00ff & Green: 00ff00).

Another problem is that the 'Herods Temple BldgL.pcx' is too large. It needs to be 50x40 in order to fit into the sheet for buildings-large.pcx.

Asides from that, this is very good (and very useful! ). The only reason I say anything is because I noticed after downloading; I'm putting this straight into a few of my pet projects.

Nice wonder!
There is no real need for ff00ff and 00ff00 being in the palette, it's just the fact, that always the last two colors in the palette are used for transparency. The magenta and green are often chosen as they never appear in any icon as natural, non-transparent color. I only checked the buildings large icon which seems to have the magenta but in the wrong place (not 100% sure as I am not yet used to the new gimp version)
