[MOD] Hex Plots for BTS

Has anyone created a BTS mod that converts default maps from square plots to hex plots permanently?

If not, how difficult would it be to make a conversion?

Ignoring the DLL work, the graphics engine in the exe assumes the current shape. Changing it will require a new exe file. Without the exe source code, changing the plot shape would require rewriting the exe from scratch.

A new exe file is a huge limiting factor. Scratch the hex plot idea. Thanks for keeping me straight..
