Hexagonal Planning Map

This is perhaps a little OCDish, but does anyone know if there is such a thing as a hexagonal map planner for Civ V?

I used to use an Excel sheet for planning, but clearly this only works with square tiles.

Just wondering if anyone had encountered a viable alternative?

Yes, sometimes I like to over plan. Get over it!

Visio? You can make your own that way..


Also, do a search for RPG or Battletech aids.. many of those are hex-based combat.
