Hiawatha game bugs

[Horizons]

Two issues with this game:

1) Monaco has a trade route to my capital - it is connected via a mixture of road and forests as per my civ's UA. However it does not recognize the road

2) AS you can see the game is stuck in a processing loop saying 'please wait' - is the game unrecoverable?

 

[Optional]

1) Is known. I'm not sure the developers consider this a bug. You could say these forests aren't recognised as roads by the CS, because it's something to do with an ability exclusive to Iroquois units.
2) I get this a lot as well, for me it has always been because a unit is still waiting for an order, but the game failing to point me to this unit.
I suggest refreshing orders for your units (sorry, I'm a little too lazy to try your save).
