Highest Advances in BC

I have been playing Civ since it came out, and I have to say, that I have mastered the game.

I was goofing around on Chieften Level, and I managed to get all the way to Nuclear Fission in BC, I discovered it in about 500AD or so. It was in the early parts of the 1300's that I started building my Spaceship.

If someone has a spot for me to upload my save file to, I would do it for all to see.

And I haven't had a chance to play Civ 3 yet, how does thatcompare in challenge to say Civ2 or Alpha Centauri... both of which I find way too easy....

Well, Civ 3 is more difficult than Civ II, no idea of SMAC, but it has so many new features etc you can't consider it as only a next version, but as a totally own game.

BTW, you can either attach the file to your post or then upload the file to the server...

If you get a spaceship so early in chieftan, move up some levels and try to do the same, good luck with it.

OK, without trying really hard I set a new personal record today: space ship at 650 AD. I had a small island on which I fitted 4 cities and just built a few settlers (one per city) and then I build the SSC and let all the other cities build caravans, I established some nice trade routes and that was it. I had all the science wonders in my SSC and was flying through the discoveries. I could have been faster but I did some unnecassary discoveries and made some silly mistakes (don't switch to democracy soon enough, staying into celebration too long etc.)
It was fun, I hadn't played in maybe a year or so!
