Therefore, the only limitation as far as rules editing goes is the editor.
Why doesn't someone create a little utility that will take a bic file and translate it into an ini file. This will present to us EVERY rule, even the ones not shown in the editor, in variable format. Then, when done editing, the utility could translate it back into a bic file.
