I just suffered a humiliating s/s defeat to Catherine (aka "tech-whore"). She was a 'killer,' but I managed to disconnect her capital (a MMP forced me to war w/ her while I was moving units through on a RoP). She was still able to build s/s parts (last 2) while her capital was disconnected from all strategic resources.

I thought this was not possible? It might be a mac-specific bug (playing open-beta for mac).
