Hot Seat Problems.

Civilization works perfectly when i play Custom and Quickgames.
But when i play Hot Seat with friends after the last players turn the game lags extremly.. About 5-20 minutes of loading time. Its very anoying and takes the fun out of playing Hot Seat.
Please help..

Got the latest DirectX and grafic-card drivers.
I got a ATI X850XT Asus card with 256mb DDRII (AGP)
1.5 gig PC3200 Crucial RAM
23 gig free harddrive on C:\

The file exeeds the alowed size..
But i can fix my homepage and upload it to my homepagefolder.
