can I erase some my own city which seems to be useless??

I mean commonly, not the city which I just conquered.

thanks!

Ehm, tho I canna say for sure, in AC you could only destroy your cities as a great atrocity since it is really killing the people. I don't believe its even an option in this game unless you do it through some external save game editor.

It is somewhat unfair in a way, since with no checks people would just delete cities to prevent them from being conquered which would really change the dynamic of the game.

Well, there...trying to help...

build or buy a settler in it.

if it has a population greater than 2, get rid of food/laborers so that the city starves down to 2.

In civ2 you could do that and it would tell you th ecity would be disbanded. I beleive now it only just aasks you if you want to continue production of the settler or if you want to change to another thing when the city isn't big enough. Then it just waits till it is of size 3 before it builds it.

In the city you want to "disband": Build a worker or settler.

BUT! Be sure that the city is not growing! (Has no surplus food, or has starvation). Make citizens into entertainers to achieve this.

If the city is growing, the game will wait building the settler or worker until the city is large enough.

If it is not growing, you get a pop-up asking you if you want to disband it.

A worker removes 1 population, and a settler removes 2. I believe a settler takes more than 2 times more shields than a worker to produce, so workers are probably best.

I usually add the workers to another city, if I don't need a worker of course...
