how can we set triggers and events?

is there any examples of this? i was looking for the circumnavigation globe event that happens in the game (as an example) and couldn't find anything except text labels

Do you have the game? If so, go to the Mods\Desert War folder and look at the larger *.py file with notepad or some other text editor. There is a thread around her.... about modding.... that links to some free software built to edit Python files, which those *.py files are.
