In GS Reyna's very first ability (which you don't need to Governor promotion to get) is +3 Gold per turn from each foreign trade route passing through a city of yours. However from my time with R&F I don't know how to tell where this occurs, which of your cities have foreign trade routes passing through them.

Does anyone know how I can find out?

I've never figured this out. I'm also not sure if it only means trade routes from other civs or if trade routes you send to other civs count as foreign trade routes as well.

Also, I wonder if it means passing through any tile in that city's territory, or passing through the city centre.

I think if you hover your mouse over a tile it will show the trade routes as well as the yield, but I'm not at my computer to check.

There's always the "BetterTradeRoutes" mod that offers various details on *OUR* routes & also "BetterReportScreen" that has two specific columns (Posts & Numbers) revealing stuff in tooltips from its City Status tab.

The only other way to obtain (somewhat reliably) the "PassingBy" gold input from foreign routes would be to check out any city details/stats contained into the usual Tooltips or other Info screens -- and then, calculate how many supplemental GPT that city receives.

What I noticed (although small sample, so take it with a grain of salt) is that the pathfinding algo seems to favor a city that has any kind of "passing trade routes" enhancer, even if it is not the most logical node... could have been my impression, but I clearly remember a port city where I had the trade-enhancement governor (forgot her name) through which all my trade routes passed after said governor was assigned there.
