How combine two mods?

Hello,

how I can combine two mods? I want play on this real giant world map

but I want play on this map, with Iraq Empire - mod here:
http://forums.civfanatics.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=7061

Exist some method for combine this two mods?

If i want paly in former times with Iraq Empire on real world, I only change LeaderType and CivType in map file (Earth18Civs.Civ4WorldBuilderSave) but is not resolution for this problem.

Maybe exist some method for export map from mod (?) then I can set up Carter's world only in scenario + run Iraq mod?
