How Do I Add rows to units_32.pcx

I've been a quiet observer of these forums for some time now and have enjoyed the many units that have been added, special thanks to Dark Sheer, Kal-El, Pesoloco, and others. Now since I have added some of these great new units I have run out of room on my units_32 file. How do I add another empty row so that I can keep the units I currently have and add new ones?
