How do i change the title of links?

how do i change the name of that to 'The Avatar Quiz' instead of all that jumble-mumble?

When I deleted all the mumble-jumble and put in avatar quiz the link didnt work.

So how do i properl change the name of the link so it still works.?

note that once the actual avatar quiz thread slips into the *invisible* recycle bin (I assume that thread will be deleted if "full") and you start a new one, you should change the link in your signature.
