How do I change unit strength stats in Warlords?

In the XML folder, I found a "Civ4UnitInfos" file, but I only found the numbers for the cost, not strength. Is the strength number in another file?

No, strength is in that file too.

Land/sea based: iCombat
Air based: iAirCombat

I found stuff on how to add units, but not how to edit units. The simpler things are neglected?

Near the bottom of a unit's definition in Civ4UnitInfos.xml is the following (no promotion shows as <FreePromotions/>).

					<bFreePromotion>1</bFreePromotion>
				</FreePromotion>
			</FreePromotions>
