How do I play custom maps?

I just created a new map with the Civ 5 world builder and saved it. But how do I play it? There is no option within the game to play custom maps!



And on a side note, do I have to set any starting locations on a map I create before it can be played, or do players just spawn at a random location?

Simply look under the maps and it should appear right there, at least my three so far have
