How do I play with more Civs on a random map?

11 civs just isn't enough for a Huge map. I hear 18 is the hard limit, but how do I get to use 18 civs? Been bumbling around for an hour trying to figure it out on my own and don't care to look anymore... Specifically, I want to use 18 civs with the tectonics map script if possible. Tectonics w/60% water is just too much space for 11 civs.

Thats rather simple to accomplish just go into this directory:
C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Assets\XML\GameInfo

Look for the file that says worldinfo.
Make a copy of this file and paste into the custom assets\XML\Gameinfo folder.
Open the copied file and scroll until you see the huge map defaults. Look for default players(It says 11 just change to 18).
