How do I restore quick combat?

Title says it all. The recent version of this mod brought back the animations but I don't see an option to turn them off anymore :/

Edit Options.sql (it's just a text file) in the Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS\Vanilla Enhanced...\ directory
