Wanting to re-install windows and start again.

How do I save my website favorites list, and then import it again afterwards?

There'll be a bookmarks.html file somewhere in your browser's file system. Save that, and then import it. Or you could use the Foxmarks extension for Firefox, which will sync your bookmarks between computers, and keep them on a server so you can access them from anywhere.
