Hans Lemurson
Prince
One of my neighbors (Peter) founded a religion long before me and took the two bonuses that I'd wanted (food from shrines + Meeting Houses). I conquered him in an early war, and was thinking about spreading Orthodoxy to my other cities to try to see if I could "double dip" on bonuses from his religion and the one I was going to found.
However, my land is in the process of being overrun by Egyptian Zoroastrians, and I realized that I will never be able to build Orthodox Inquisitors, or ever enhance the faith! To make matters worse, when I finally built a new Holy Site for my own Prophet, every Orthodox citizen in my empire instantly converted to Hinduism!
-Is Russian Orthodoxy a doomed religion?
-Is it worth trying to save?
-Can I create a poly-religious empire to take advantage of both faiths?
