How do you put the little nametags on the map

I saw in the story "if rome falls......the world" that in one of his screenshots he had put a nametag on an island. The tag read Sicily(yes I know thats the name of the island) but I was wondering how you do that?

Go to the editor (World Builder) in the game and in the upper right hand there are catigories, find it (i forgot what it was called but it should not be hard to find). After that click the tile u want to name and name it.

You can place signs and lines in the global strategy layer. My problem with it is, it's hard to pick a specific tile from orbit.

And exactly how do you place lines and signs on the global view?

scroll out into globe view(when u see clouds)
click the first icon from the left on top of the minimap
u have 4 options
delete
new text
new line
view

click on new text and click anywhere on the map to add name tag
if things are hard to see in globe view,
with the new text option selected
zoom in
press G on keyboard(I know!! conflicting shortcut key!!, so make sure no units are selected)
it will say (global input mode in the left side mouse over helps,
then left click to add text, right click to get out of global input mode. make sure u go back to globe view and change the input mode to view.
