How do you run an air mission from a carrier???

I feel like I'm missing something. I built a couple of carriers thinking that I could launch bombers and jets from them. I've loaded my planes on the carriers and I can't seem to find a way to launch missions. Can someone give me a clue, pleeze?

You mean, you are playing Civ4?

Well, in civ3 you can press RMB on the carrier and from the menu do Wake the air-units
then assign them missions. Only bombing and superiority are good I think!

Step 1.: Load Carriers with Aircraft
Step 2: Wait next turn
Step 3: Click on carrier
Step 4: Select aircraft from the menu the comes up
Step 5: Perform missions like you can from land.

Only bombing and superiority are good I think!

Nope, any mission you can perform on land with the same aircraft.
