How do you use Snoopy Terrain Mod?

I was wondering how do you get it too work for conquests 1.15, any help from anyone.

Some of us dislike the changes to the tech tree that happened in 1.22, so are still using 1.15. 1.15 works just fine, and I haven't run into any bugs with it that are fixed in 1.22, so why upgrade?

You have to load it as a scenario not a "new game"
