How does B/R/F work?

I was wondering, how does B/R/F values work for bombard units??

It works like this:

B stands for bombardment power which is how powerful the bombardment is.

R stands for the range at which the artillery can fire for example a cannon whould have a 1

F stands for rate of fire which is how many shells it fires off in one turn.

Strength, increase this and you hit more likely.
Range, increase this and you hit further.
Rate, increase this and max damage is increased vs. units
